Chris Deam is a designer and architect negotiating the realm between furniture design, architecture, interiors, and product design. His work
represents the core values of a designer who believes in modern design that is direct, honest and unadorned. Deam's quest to make his design "essential" is characterized by the reduction of design elements, gracefully revealing the enduring beauty that ultimately rests in the utility of design.

The Soho Flat is a great example of essential modern design. Its spaciousness is magnified by an all-glass wall, allowing outside space to be an integral part of interior.
LIVING AREA KITCHEN / DINING
THERMOPANE PATIO DOORS EFFICIENT AND SIMPLE
Four, 8-foot doors with overhead transom windows by Andersen® Window creates an all-glass wall. These 4-season windows along with upgrade insulation and in-floor heating system makes this modern dwelling usable year round. The kitchen and dining area in the Glassic Soho Flat is efficient simple and extremely functional. An expansive Corian® countertop and Euro-Style cabinetry afford plenty of storage and usable space.

A COMPACT EFFICIENT BATHROOM
features Corian® countertop with moulded sink, Moen® fixtures are used throughout the room, faucets, towel bar and TP holder. A 54” one-piece, smooth, moulded fiberglass tub/shower is standard – a shower-only option is available. A Broan® recessed medicine cabinet with five adjustable shelves and large mirror comes with a three-light vanity. The white walls and ceiling are easy cleaning and add reflective light to the space. Allowing more light into the room is a large Waterglass window within the door.
KITCHEN DETAILS
THE KITCHEN
features a deep 16” round stainless steal sink with single stem Moen faucet. Large Corian countertop includes returns on both ends enclosing the Euro-Style cabinets below. Deep drawers and large cabinet doors give easy access to the abundant storage space.
