appliances and window coverings are all included. It comes from the factory ready to be placed on recreation property or resort space.

structure is constructed with solid header beams and studs with steel bracing. This product has traveled to east and west coasts without damage. The heavy monster-beam frame with independent suspension ensures a smooth soft ride to its final destination.

REAL CEDAR -

The exterior is clad with real cedar, tongue and groove finger-jointed cedar boards, giving this product a simple, defined look. It features a 29 gauge, 25 year, ridged steel roof with a 3/12 slope allowing for adequate water run-off. Thermopane windows, extra insulation and in-floor heat allow for a year-round experience.
