KOA is now partnering with Breckenridge Park Models, a division of Thor Industries, Inc., to provide quality lodges with negotiated low pricing, that are built and shipped in close proximity to our East Coast and Midwest KOA owners. Breckenridge is located in Nappanee, Indiana.

Breckenridge was founded in 1991 and is the largest producer of park models in the world. They have integrated 18 years of park model manufacturing experience into the new units available to KOA owners. The Breckenridge park models are customized to meet the high standards specified by KOA, so KOA guests will experience the consistent level of quality and excellence they are familiar with in our other KOA lodges.

Breckenridge will build the full range of models that KOA has introduced, from the 212-square-foot Studio Lodge to the 399-square-foot Kamping Lodge. Each model includes an impressive number of standard key features designated by KOA. These lodging units are the same historically-proven units that have enabled KOA to negotiate exclusive pricing and favorable returns-on-investment.
